Whether you are a vegan or a curious omnivore: this picnic session will empower you to create delicious Provençal inspired vegan classics to enjoy daily.
What do you make?
– In this workshop a full meal consisting of apéro, entrée, main and dessert will be created.
– You will learn fundamental cooking techniques that will enable you to create interesting whole food, plant-based dishes.

– We will enjoy the full meal together and exchange ideas and tips.

Entry level: beginner and experienced cooks can use this course to up their plant game.
This is a 4 hour workshop with minimum 2 and maximum 6 participants.
The workshop starts at 14h and will end at 20.00h including the whole food, plant-based dishes you prepared served with drinks.
You will take home the recipe booklet including tips and an overview of local markets.
