Provence longevity cuisine
Looking to make your day-to-day cooking quick, healthy and whole food plant-based? Then the Provençal longevity cuisine session is for you! Rooted in the Blue Zones research & cooking this workshop offers you the chance to embark on an adventure of simple, wholesome plant-based Provençal meals that are easy and quick to cook with seasonal ingredients that promote longevity. You will gain insight in food and lifestyle elements that have been proven to promote longevity and well-being. This session will enable you to quickly make great food at home to supports your well-being.
What do you make?
– Make and eat in class five recipes based on proven longevity ingredients
– The recipes vary according to the season.
– Take the recipe booklet home.
– Learn to make variations on the easy, quick and nurturing meals that enhances your well-being.

Entry level: beginner and experienced cooks alike will have a ball kickstarting wholesome cooking (& living) habits.
This is a 5 hour workshop with minimum 2 and maximum 6 participants.
Your journey into longevity cooking starts at 10AM and will finish around 15.00h including enjoying the longevity dishes you cooked during the workshop.
As with every Picnic en Provence session you will take home the recipe booklet including tips and resources
