Hands-on, from scratch to delicious finish: the Picnic cooking sessions (workshops) empower and inspire vegans and non-vegans, amateurs and professionals alike to create Provence inspired, easy, sumptuous and healthy whole food plant-based dishes. Picnic en Provence workshops are hands-on, intensive, fun and give you all that you need to recreate the dishes at home and to design your own.

training in basic knife skills and plating techniques
knowing how to select good, in season, local produce
a reasonable number of (non-)alcoholic drinks per person
